Your colleagues are already using AI. Are you?
Every week you wait, the gap widens. AI4Everyday delivers practical, hands-on training — live online or in-person across the GTA — that turns anxiety into confidence you can use at your desk tomorrow.
The AI gap is realCanada's target: grow AI adoption from 12% to 60% by 2034. Professionals who adapt now lead. Those who wait get left behind.
Time is the hidden costThe average professional loses 6–8 hours a week to tasks AI handles in minutes. That's 300+ hours a year you could reclaim.
Privacy-aware, Canada-specificWe teach tools appropriate for Canadian regulated industries — not just whatever's trending globally.
Sound familiar?
The fears we hear every week.
These are the exact things professionals say before they attend — and stop feeling after.
“I tried ChatGPT once, got a weird answer, and gave up.”
Most people get poor results because nobody showed them how to ask well. Prompting is a learnable skill — and it's the first thing we cover, using your actual work context.
“What if using AI makes me look like I didn't do the work?”
The professionals who look sharpest right now are the ones using AI effectively. The question isn't whether to use it — it's whether you use it well.
“I don't have time to take a course right now.”
A 3.5-hour workshop can return 3–5 hours every single week. You don't have time not to.
“I'm worried about putting my organization's data into these tools.”
Legitimate concern — and one we address directly. We teach responsible, privacy-aware AI use suited to Canadian professional environments.
“Everything I find is either too basic or too technical.”
We've trained 500+ professionals across the GTA and know exactly where that gap is. This training lives right in the middle — practical, without dumbing it down.
“I need to learn this quietly. I can't admit at work that I'm behind.”
That's exactly what private 1-on-1 coaching is for. Confidential, discreet, and entirely on your terms — no colleagues, no judgment.

Our Philosophy
The Power of 4
AI should work for People, Business, Growth, and the Planet — together.
The “4” in AI4Everyday isn't a marketing trick. It's a commitment. We believe AI adoption done right must serve all four simultaneously — not trade one off against another. We don't teach AI shortcuts that erode trust. We don't celebrate automation that displaces people without a plan. And we don't ignore Canada's responsibility to build an AI future worth being proud of.
People
Every skill we teach puts humans in control. AI is the tool; you remain the professional. We train the person, not just the software.
Business
Practical outcomes, not theory. Every module is built around real tasks so results show up immediately — at your desk, not in a slide deck.
Growth
Skills compound. The professionals we train keep advancing — and that growth is collective, not just individual.
Sustainable
Responsible AI use has an environmental and social cost. We address it directly — because Canada's AI future should be one we're proud to have built.
Individual-First Training
Built for you as a professional — not your organization.
AI4Everyday is designed for the individual who has decided, for themselves, that now is the time to get capable with AI. Not because their employer mandated it. Not because it was on a performance review. Because they chose it.
That personal decision is what makes the learning stick. You show up ready. You bring your real work. You leave with skills that are yours — not tied to whatever tools your organization eventually rolls out.
That said, if colleagues from your workplace want to join the same cohort, there's a spot for them. Learning alongside someone you work with every day has its own compounding effect.
Questions
Things people ask before booking.
Do I need any AI experience to attend?
None at all. The Foundations workshop is built for professionals who are entirely new to AI tools. The Claude AI Intensive also welcomes any starting point — we calibrate to the room.
What's the difference between the two courses?
AI at Work — Foundations is a 3.5-hour session that gets you practically capable, fast, across AI tools in general. The Claude AI Intensive is a full-day deep-dive specifically into Claude — its advanced features, document intelligence, and workflow-building capabilities. Foundations gets you started; the Intensive makes you genuinely advanced.
Is the private coaching really confidential?
Completely. Private coaching sessions are never disclosed, referenced publicly, or connected to your employer in any way. Many clients use coaching precisely because they want to get up to speed without it being visible at work. Your engagement with AI4Everyday is your business, full stop.
Online or in-person — which should I choose?
Both are live and interactive — neither is pre-recorded. Online is more flexible and accessible from anywhere in Canada. In-person in the GTA gives you a more immersive experience with direct, real-time facilitation. For most individuals, online works perfectly well. For private coaching, in-person (doorstep) is available throughout the GTA.
What tools do the courses use?
The Foundations workshop works with leading AI assistants available on free or low-cost plans — no paid subscription required to attend. The Claude AI Intensive is built around Claude specifically; we'll help you with setup and plan selection as part of the session.
What are the Claude Cowork and Code sessions?
These are advanced sessions for professionals and developers who want to go deeper — automating workflows, building Claude-powered tools, and working with agentic AI setups. They're available on request and scoped individually. Contact us if you think this is where you're headed.
The gap doesn't close on its own.
Half a day. One decision. The confidence to use AI at work — starting this week.
